Fast greens, traditional layout, and a tricky back nine

With five sets of tees, it’s a course that golfers of any level will also love for a great round. With a classic layout, the course features among the fastest greens found on the Grand Strand. Measuring 6,767 yards from the front tees, the front tees play at 4,849 yards.

For the most part it’s a player’s course with large sloped greens with little undulation. With well-placed shots, a golfer might not even notice the hazards the course has to offer. The course’s front nine is a relatively simple layout with rolling fairways cutting through stands of trees with strategically placed sand and water hazards. On the back nine, the layout gets a bit more complicated with fairways that turn more sharply and bunkers and water hazards sticking out further in the fairways. Unlike many other courses, tee shots on this course pose some of the biggest challenges.

An exceptionally well-maintained course, it offers a luxurious European style clubhouse with everything needed for a great round of golf and great relaxation after.
