Opening in 2006, the Reserve Club St. James Golf Course if the fourth of the resort’s courses and like its three sister courses navigates through expanses of wildlife and marine habitat.

Name best new course in North Carolina when it opened, it’s also been named one of the area’s top 20 courses by the Myrtle Beach Golf Association. Designed by Jack Nicklaus Associates with lead design by his son Michael, the par 72 course is a long one at 7,212 yards from the back tees. Like the other three St. James courses, it is an Audubon Certified bird sanctuary. The course has a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with snack bark, restaurant and well-stocked pro shop.
