How it works

Three choices, and the planner does the rest

A custom package is the same trip the named packages are, without the list decided for you. You make three choices. We turn them into tee times, rooms and one number per golfer.

    Pick the courses

    Any of the 65 courses on the site, in any order and any number. Play the top rated names one day and a friendlier round the next, keep every tee time within fifteen minutes of the beds, or go north one day and south the next. Two rounds or seven, the planner books them all.

    Pick the beds

    Oceanfront towers, villas on a fairway, condos with a kitchen for twelve, or a hotel near the restaurants. 42 places to stay from Sunset Beach to Pawleys Island, and the planner matches the beds to the courses so nobody drives forty minutes before breakfast.

    Pick the pace

    A round every morning, or a day off in the middle for the beach, a boat, or lunch at Murrells Inlet. Replays in the afternoon if the group wants thirty six. Non golfers pay for the room and nothing else. The trip runs at the pace you set.

The trip most people actually want

Most groups have a course or two they will not leave the coast without playing, a budget for the beds and a few people with opinions. A custom package fits all three. Here are the shapes it usually takes.

  1. 01

    The bucket list week

    Caledonia, TPC Myrtle Beach, the Dunes Club and Tidewater over four days, with beds that move with you or one oceanfront base in the middle. The best golf on the coast, in whatever order the tee sheets allow.

  2. 02

    The mixed handicap group

    A gentle opener for the cold swings, a hard test for the day the group is playing well and a scenic round in between. The planner sorts the tees and the order so nobody has a miserable day.

  3. 03

    The half golf trip

    Partners and families along, or a group that wants the beach as much as the golf. Morning rounds, afternoons free, a day off in the middle and a lodging only rate for anyone who is not playing.

  4. 04

    The big group

    Twelve to twenty four golfers in shared condos, matching tee times off the same starting hole and a deposit each golfer pays separately. The planner keeps everyone on the same sheet.

Where you sleep

Four kinds of bed, and the planner knows the drives

An oceanfront resort, villas on a golf course, a resort with pools for the family and an inn on the waterway. These four show the spread. There are 42 in all, and any of them goes on a custom package.

Tell the planner which courses matter most and the beds get picked to keep those drives short. Areas on the site run NC Border, Myrtle Beach, North Strand, South Strand, and a trip can move between them mid week if the group wants both ends of the coast.

Pricing

What you pay and when

One quote for the trip

Rounds, rooms, carts and taxes on a single price per golfer. Nothing is added at the counter and there are no platform fees.

$100 holds it

A $100 deposit per golfer confirms the whole package, and each golfer can pay their own share.

Balance 30 days out

Book more than a month ahead and the rest is not due until 30 days before you arrive.

A custom package has no sticker price because no two are the same. The number depends on the courses, the season, the beds and the head count. Send the list and the dates and the quote comes back with everything on it. If it comes in high, say so and the planner swaps a course or the beds and quotes it again.
