The golf trip your group talks about for years

The rounds, the carts, the lodging and the taxes on a single price per golfer. Where a package bundles meals or range balls, those are on the same number. There are no platform fees and nothing is added at the counter.

A $100 deposit per golfer holds the whole package. The balance is due 30 days before you arrive. If you book inside 30 days, the deposit and balance are paid together at booking. Each golfer can pay their own share online, or the group leader can pay for everyone. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, money order and certified check.

Send the cancellation in writing and give us as much notice as you can. More than 30 days out there is a $35 per person fee, or a full credit toward a future package. Between 30 and 14 days out the fee is $100 per person, or a credit. Between 13 and 7 days a credit is considered case by case and no refund is possible. Six days or fewer, there is no refund or credit. Any prepaid or non refundable costs already incurred are deducted. The full policy is on the FAQ page.

The course decides. If it is open, it is open, and most courses issue rain checks when weather stops play mid round. Optional inclement weather cover is available per round and must be bought by the whole group before final payment. It refunds a round only when the course is closed to all play that day. Non golfers are not charged for golf. When there are golfers in the group we offer a lodging only rate for anyone who is not playing. A non golfer who wants to ride along in the cart pays the course cart fee.

Tee times open one year in advance, and spring and fall fill first. The earlier you book, the better the odds of your first choice courses at the times you want. We check live tee sheets rather than a printed rate card, so a late enquiry can still work, just with fewer options.

Often, in the longer days from April to October. Start early, because the first groups out are the first back in and have the best chance of a replay. Replays depend on availability on the day. In February, March and November the daylight is short, so plan on one round.

No. The named packages are the shapes we already know how to price. Tell us your own course list, dates and lodging and we quote that instead, from any of our courses along the coast.

A final confirmation package by email with every tee time, a voucher for each course, check in instructions for the lodging, and directions to the courses and the property.

No. We arrange the golf and the lodging. Myrtle Beach International is MYR, and Charleston, Wilmington and Florence are each about an hour and a half away. A rental car is strongly advised, because taxis are scarce and public transport is very limited.
