Designed by the renowned golf course architect Dan Maples, Sandpiper Bay Golf Course challenges golfers of all skill levels with its three unique 9-hole courses – Sand, Piper, and Bay. With more than 50 bunkers and 40 acres of lakes, this is a course that challenges golfers of any level and one that rewards accuracy.
With three possible 18-hold combinations, the course measures 6,849 yards from its longest while two of the combinations measure 6,500 and 6,600 respectively. For the most part, this is a course that takes it easy on golfers from the tee with many of its holes ready-made for drivers.
Greens and fairways, for the most part, are relatively flat. But there’s water galore with 19 of the 27 holes here having water present or in play with seven required water carries across the course. Greens of MiniVerde grass are perfect for speed and consistency. Course amenities include a clubhouse, pro shop, snack bar and practice area.
