About Diamondback Golf Course (Myrtle Beach, SC)

Featuring a modern design, this Russell Breeden designed course is located in the community of Loris, northwest of Myrtle Beach near the North Carolina line.

Away from the more crowded Grand Strand courses, Diamondback at Woodland Valley Golf Course is a fun course with up to 65-foot changes in elevation and four sets of tees to ensure an enjoyable round of golf for beginners to pros.

Surrounded by undeveloped Lowcountry forest and wetlands, the course measures 6,405 yards from the back tees and was one of the area’s first to have greens seeded with Jensen Ultra Dwarf grass. Plenty of bunkers and strategically placed lakes add to the features that make for a memorable round of golf.  The course features a practise facility, snack bar and pro shop.
